Payment on Etsy is in US dollars: If you're paying in another currency and would like to know the current exchange rate, I can recommend www.xe.com for a good idea of the current rate. I accept Paypal, and will post your item promptly once payment has cleared.

Did you know that you don't need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal?

You can choose the "PayPal" option during checkout, and after you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account :)

Your purchase will not be posted until payment has fully cleared; if you have any trouble with payment at all then please contact me and I will help you as best I can. If you have not paid and I do not hear from you within 4 days of the order being placed, I will cancel the order and leave negative feedback (and nobody wants that, so please do keep me in the loop! ;) Thanks!). If you really want an item to be reserved but cannot pay for it immediately, send me a message and I'll do what I can. Your happiness is my priority!

As for those extra special custom orders, I will usually ask for a small deposit before I start work on your special piece. I am ALWAYS open to negotiation, though, so don't be afraid to speak your mind!

I use 100% recycled or reused materials for packaging as often as possible: I always reuse any boxes that I have in the first instance, and my second choice is always 100% recycled shipping boxes from http://www.tinyboxcompany.co.uk but occasionally I will have to use a new box- Sometimes the size or shape of your item won't fit nicely into the boxes that are available from Tiny Box Co. and the most important thing is that your treasures reach you in perfect condition!

In any case, your item will always be posted in a sturdy card box padded with shredded paper and/or recycled tissue paper. I find these very effective packaging materials and they'll keep your item safe until it reaches you.

I send my parcels via Royal Mail / Royal Mail International and I have always found them to be very reliable and fast. If you need your item to arrive very quickly, or you would like to add extra insurance to your parcel's delivery, please let me know BEFORE you place the order if at all possible. This gives me a chance to go through the postage options with you to ensure you get the perfect service for your parcel.

I will always assume that my customers are aware of the shipping times to their destination from the UK, and leave it up to you to decide when to make a purchase with this in mind.

If your Paypal and Etsy shipping addresses differ, I will always send your parcel to the Etsy address, so please make sure this is correct before placing your order.

** I believe in the common sense of my customers: When you purchase something from my store, I give you full responsibility for how you intend to use that item. However, please be aware that my artwork may not be suitable for young children, or anyone else who might be tempted to bite off the clay pieces or stick the wire in their eyes! Omnia cannot be held responsible if anyone chooses to do these things! ;)
